IDAM/IGA Technical Lead

Excellent opportunity to join this progressive and forward thinking provider of IT and Identity management solutions. You will have previous IAM consulting experience and commercial exposure gained from delivering complex IAM engagements, ideally across a broad client base. In addition to your technical skills, you will have strong client facing skills and be comfortable dealing with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a trusted client relationship through high-quality delivery.

Lead large and complex enterprise IAM/IGA engagement deliveries, covering full lifecycle from advice, strategy, design, implementation through to managed services, aligned with the client business requirements.

Experienced in leadership of small implementation and technical support teams

Mentor and provide support to team members

Proven interaction with identity leaders and other client stakeholders to set the strategy, select products, perform IAM design, deliver automation through the implementation of tools and process.

Collaborate with other lines of service to maintain and support new and leading IAM propositions

Responsible ensuring quality best practice.

Must haves:-

Excellent knowledge of core IAM/IGA products, such as Saviynt IGA OR SailPoint IDN and Okta etc

You must have experience of delivering complex IAM/IGA engagements and projects, including all stages from strategy, design and implementation.

Have experience of tracking project status, supporting issues to deliver projects on time and on budget.

A strong ability to develop a rapport with customer stakeholders across all levels

Have strong business, consultancy and technical skills.

Have experience with application integration, such as AD and SAP etc.

Excellent communication, consulting soft skills and presentation skills.

Exceptional written communication and reporting skills.

Experience of core control frameworks, such as, NIST, SANS Top 20 CSC, ISO 27001, Privacy, NIS and CAF.

Ability to build strong, trust-based working relationships

Desire to continually improve and learn new skills.

Self-motivating, innovative and creative
