Static Electrical Technician - Leeds - Salary up to £36,800 CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance technician to join a leading facilities company. This is covering a large commercial site where you will be carrying out various electrical maintenance and troubleshooting duties. The shift pattern consists of 4 on 4 off, days and nights, working between the hours of 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am. Key Responsibilities: Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service. Undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard. Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures. Carry out training to be able to provide Authorised Person duties Manage a small shift team consisting of Maintenance Craftsperson's and Maintenance Assistants.Be able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services listed below: Heating and domestic water services General Electrical services such as lighting and power Air handling units Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear Emergency standby generating plant Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting Electrical control systems Building Management SystemPerson Specification: Qualified time served engineer with post apprenticeship experience 18th Edition Desirable Cross-trade experience advantageousSalary & Benefits: Salary £32,000 Plus £400 per month shift allowance (Maximum Salary £36,800) 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays) Life Cover equivalent to 1.5 times annual salary Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers Gym membership discounts Holiday purchase scheme 2 corporate social responsibility days per year Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme
