You will be a key advisor for advertorials, with a specific focus on sectors such as gambling, cosmetic surgery, and medicinal products, playing a vital role in ensuring our advertising activities adhere to regulatory standards.

Job Description - Compliance Specialist
As the primary advisor on advertising compliance for advertorials, with a special emphasis on sectors like gambling, cosmetic surgery, and medicinal products.
You will provide expert guidance on ASA complaints, including liaising with the ASA and business teams to resolve any issues effectively.
Depending on your level of experience you can also be involved in providing advice and guidance on a broad range of commercial matters, including technology, data privacy/protection, and trade marks.
There is also scope to work on or support with drafting and negotiating collaboration/commercial partnership agreements, licensing agreements, marketing contracts, and more.
Qualifications / Experience - Compliance Specialist
Specialised paralegal or qualified solicitor/legal counsel in England and Wales (although other equivalent jurisdictions considered)
Experienced in advertising law and regulation and experience in gambling advertising would be ideal but not essential
Knowledge of creative, media or advertising sectors will be helpful
The Ideal Candidate - Compliance Specialist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal/regulatory issues and concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.
