The Opportunity

As a Project Lead in our Asia Pacific Consulting Support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and coordinating projects and operations, providing superior customer service and organisational skills to both clients and internal stakeholders across a broad range of products and platforms. You will be central to our project operations, liaising with our clients, consultants, sales, corporate and client experience teams to enable the seamless delivery of projects and services, on time and within budget. With your proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills, you will be required to create project plans and timelines, ensure the team’s projects remain on track, administer assessments, support clients and participants with queries, coordinate resources, maintain records and enter information into our systems, and manage documentation and communication.

Through delivering a high quality, responsive and professional customer experience to our clients, you will build rapport and trust, directly strengthening these relationships and improving their performance, playing a key part in the continuing growth and success of the business.

Your Skillset

You will have strong project management and coordination experience in the Human Resources or Talent Management industry, operating with a high degree of autonomy, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-focused environment. You are driven to make a difference to both clients and internal stakeholders, continuously looking to build relationships and make quality improvements. You will have a passion for helping organisations unleash the potential of their people, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field will be highly regarded. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin considered desirable.
