Job Description

Investment Banking Senior Associate or Junior Vice President (VP) M&A Advisory

Technology Sector (Software, e-commerce, Internet, tech-enabled businesses).

Our client, a boutique tech-focused advisory firm, is actively hiring a Senior Associate or Junior VP (depending on experience) to join their Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London. The firm works with high growth businesses and targets transactions from EV £25 - £250m.

The team culture is very entrepreneurial and bulks at traditional investment banking attitudes towards work/life balance and remote working.

Requirements for consideration

  • backed, sell-side deal experience (ideally 5+ years in M&A).
  • experience can come from ‘Big 4’ corporate finance/ lead advisory M&A, or from another IB in London.
  • understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
  • Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
  • qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
  • with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
