Do you have expertise in working with fibre glass and using hand power tools, laminating, trimming, and working with pre-manufactured moulds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Laminator Specialist. Key Responsibilities: 1. Laminating Excellence: Operate and maintain laminating equipment with proficiency. Ensure high-quality lamination of fibre glass, polyester gel and resin whilst adhering to strict quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any lamination issues promptly. 2. Trim with Precision: Utilize cutting tools and equipment to trim laminated items accurately. Maintain clean and well-maintained trimming tools. Achieve clean, straight edges on all trimmed materials using power tools. 3. Moulding: Work with pre-manufactured moulds to create the product. Ensure the moulds are used effectively to meet project requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with laminating, trimming, and the use of pre-manufactured moulds. Proficiency in operating hand power tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prior experience using fibre glass is essential.
