Are you ready to lead a team at the forefront of AI innovation? We're on the hunt for a 'customer obsessed' and forward-thinking AI Technical Product Manager.

This isn't just any job — it's a journey where you will be required to help shape and guide our organization Imagine shaping the next generation of AI-powered conversational solutions that redefine how we operate and overhaul the service we provide to millions of our customers and clients.

You'll also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft groundbreaking AI solutions and help set new standards. To be successful as an AI Technical Product Manager you should have experience with:
Product management experience (prioritisation, requirements gathering)
Understanding of AI/ML
Stakeholder management

Strong interest in AI/ML technologies
Data analytics

To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. 

Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.
Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.
Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.

Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).Complex' information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
