This highly regarded digital agency based near Birmingham, known for delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that exceed client expectations, is expanding and looking for a talented WordPress developer to join their dynamic team.

**The Role:**

As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites for a diverse range of clients. You will collaborate closely with their creative and technical teams to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years+ of WordPress development experience, preferably within a digital agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on performance and user experience.

- Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into fully functional websites.

- Implement new features and enhancements based on client requirements.

- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for speed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress sites.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.

**What We're Looking For:**

- **Experience:** At least 2-3 years of WordPress development experience, ideally within a digital agency environment.

- **Experience:** Strong experience with Gutenberg Blocks

- **Skills:** Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Strong experience with modern WordPress plugins, themes, and tools.

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- **Creativity:** Ability to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining technical excellence.

- **Collaboration:** Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

- **Location:** Must be based within commuting distance of Birmingham
