We´re looking for an experienced German-speaking, Payroll Specialist to join our expanding Department. Do you speak fluent German and English? Do you have previous payroll experience? Do new challenges and a fast-paced environment excite you? Then you could be our new Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Payroll in Germany: Preparing Payroll for external provider, answering questions from employees through our ticket system and performing supporting tasks within Payroll
  • Acting as first point of contact for our external Payroll provider, health insurances etc.
  • Eventually you´ll be supporting Payroll in other European countries
  • Reporting
  • Supporting audits
  • Being part of our continuous process of digitisation and improvement

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the field of Payroll (German Payroll experience would be a plus)
  • Fluent in German and English (other European languages would be a bonus)
  • Team-player
  • Open to change
