  • Register new customers looking to rent properties, in person and over the phone
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords
  • Canvassing to generate new business
  • Generate and arrange valuations
  • Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
  • Able to perform individually and as team
Required Skills
  • Previous estate agency experience
  • Valuation experience desirable
  • Excellent customer service
  • Local Knowledge
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Career-minded
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career.
  • Candidates must have a full UK driving license
  • Some lettings and/or property experience would be preferred, but training will be provided if needed.
Working hours will be 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday, and alternative Saturdays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £17,000.00 to £22,500.00 /year #J-18808-Ljbffr
