Job Description As an integral part of our marketing team, your role is to strategically position the brand at the heart of the lifestyle running culture; enhance brand visibility, trial, use and loyalty on social channels. The Social Media Executive will manage multiple, ad-hoc projects to support Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Growth Manager on brand execution. Partner with running communities to establish and build owned social channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Strava), running engaging social activity which responds to consumer needs and desires. Additionally, you will be coordinating with lead social media agency on the monthly content calendar.

Responsible for implementing organic social content strategy in collaboration with global social and local community teams.
Brief, manage and oversee scheduling and implementation (planning, content creation, copywriting) of organic content with external agency.
Responsible for managing and growing various social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Strava).
Working alongside Digital Brand Manager to expand the Saucony influencer and ambassador program.
Analyse, evaluate and optimise organic content calendar on an on-going basis.
Help develop and brief creative content ideas and activities for social and oversee content production with agencies.
Project manage EMEA specific social activities.
Coordinating quality of social media content across mid-funnel and lower funnel activation.
Ensure organic social media plan is integrated and effectively communicated with the internal stakeholders.

Experience of social media management; Experience in creating high-quality digital assets from scratch including photography, graphic design and stop motion.
Understanding of social media ecosystem and consumer touchpoints, including experience using management tools such as Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, etc.
Experienced in planning and creating best in class social content
Copywriting with the ability to capture lifestyle running audience tone of voice across performance and lifestyle.
Strong project management with a balance of creative and organisation skills
Entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in outdoor/sports/footwear/fashion industry preferred.
Strong IT skills including MS Office, Adobe Suite platforms like; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite tools strongly preferred.
