With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
A cohesive customer experience is created through innovative capabilities, including Business Process and Decision Management, Robotics and Workflow Automation, Data Transformation and Business Intelligence to rapidly accelerate the delivery of business outcomes at scale. You will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and continual improvement of automation processes within our organization. Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase workflow automation adoption and proficiency across the organization.
Lead the development and execution of the Power Automate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation through to deployment and post-launch support.
Measure and report on the impact of automation initiatives, using data to inform future strategies
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in technology-driven projects, with a focus on automation.
Expert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
