Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher

Location: Northamptonshire

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and supporting the academic and personal development of students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire and motivate students in Key Stage 2.
*Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Utilize effective behaviour management strategies to promote a safe and conducive learning environment where students can thrive.
*Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic growth.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
*Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour in accordance with school policies.
*Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular involvement and initiatives.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
*Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
*Excellent knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies, assessment practices, and educational standards.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
*Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
