CK Group are recruiting for a Mass Spec Senior Scientist to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Slough on a contract basis initially for 12 months.

Salary:

Hourly: £28.00 PAYE or £38.00 Umbrella

Mass Spec Senior Scientist Role:

Seeking an experienced scientist specialising in HDX-MS to join a Mass Spectrometry team within the Protein Structure and Biophysics.
Provide project support from initial adoption into the portfolio through to candidate selection of NBE and NCE therapeutics generated from discovery platforms.

Your Background:

PhD or BSc with previous relevant laboratory-based experience in the design, execution and analysis of HDX-MS experiments for antibody/protein/ligand interactions.
Experienced with Waters data processing software packages (PLGS) and DynamX.
Practical knowledge Waters HDX-MS system.
Use of structural visualisation tools (PyMOL, Chimera or similar).
Experienced with HDX-MS experiments using NBE and NCE molecules.
Excellent organisational, communication, record keeping and team-working abilities.
