My client are a specialist roofing and cladding contractor supplying and installing a wide range of roofing and cladding systems across the UK. They work on student accommodation, high-rise developments, industrial, education, healthcare, and leisure projects across the country.

They have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join their business. Experience within the roofing and cladding industry is preferred but not essential.

As an Estimator, your role will include: Estimating roofing and cladding projects. Being responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans. Review of bid documents, drawings, and specifications. And identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
