Description du poste
Votre profil nous intéresse : nous recherchons notre Chef dejunior coordination franchise pour un stage.Au sein de la Direction du Revenu, basée au siège, vous participez à la performance du chiffre d’affaire de nos 30 franchisés en France et en Europe.Vous assistez la Responsable Topline Franchise dans l’accompagnement des aparthotels sur la mise en œuvre du business model Adagio, le suivi de leur performance et un support technique.

Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez
Analyse et Reporting
Vous analysezla performance grâce aux indicateurs de RevPar, taux d’occupation, prix moyen, segments, performance des offres etc.
Vous préparezles visites de sites «revue de performance» et suivi de la mise en place des plans d’actions
Gestion de projets
Vous améliorezleformat de suivi de performance des franchisés
Vous commercialisezles services additionnels aux franchisés
Vous formezles nouveaux franchisés au Business Model Adagio et assurer déploiement technique.
Vous déployezet formezles franchisés sur les outils topline (logiciels métier, outils Excel etc.)
Vous assistezcertains problèmes techniques et assurezla coordinationavec les équipes pour les corriger
Vous assurez un lien entre les franchisés et les différents départements du siège.
En ligne avec l’équipe Revenue Management, Pricing et Sales, vous animez l’activité des franchisés en leur proposant des leviers pour optimiser leur chiffre d’affaire.
Etes-vous le candidat idéal ?
Vous suivez une formation bac +4/5 de type Ecole de commerce, ou Hôtellerie. Idéalement ?
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres ?
Vous aimez l’analyse, êtes méthodique et organisé ?
Vous êtes également pédagogue et votre sens du relationnel et vos capacités à expliquer et formaliser seront de véritables atouts pour cet apprentissage.
Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'industrie hôtelière acquise lors d'un premier stage dans le secteur du tourisme ?
Vous maîtrisez le pack Office, en particulier Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, recherche V) ?
Vous avez un anglais courant (oral et écrit) ?
