In this role, you'll shape how the world sees our client as an employer - designing impactful campaigns, events, and presentations that attract top talent globally. Contract Details Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend) Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35) Location: Cambridge (Hybrid – twice per month on-site) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Translate employer brand identity into visually compelling assets across digital and print. Design and optimise creative for talent attraction campaigns (social, display, video ads). Develop Canva templates for scalable, on-brand content creation. Create event collateral and branded merchandise for internal and external events. Craft high-impact presentations for leadership and brand showcases. Collaborate with Talent and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, cross-channel creative. Manage multiple design projects, balancing creativity with deadlines. Key Requirements Experience in design, ideally in employer branding or talent marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and campaign work. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus). Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides for polished presentations. Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise deliverables. Previous experience in IT/technology is desired.
