To be the face of Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel, welcoming, greeting and seating guests according to LQA standards To maximise reservations in the Rooftop by managing online booking system Manage the OpenTable app for the outlet, including taking wait lists, sitting guests, confirming bookings, boosting profiles and managing time lines.
To be present on the floor interacting and assisting guests To communicate with F&B HODS and Shift Managers to ensure we are at full capacity to maximise revenue To conduct show arounds for potential clients wishing to book in our outlets To go the extra mile for guests to ensure they have an amazing F&B experience at the hotel To ensure menus are up to date and current online, on menu stands and in menu folders To train new team members on the floor and behind the bar To look after a section of the bar if need be, and to work on the Rooftop if necessary To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests.
To deliver excellent care to our guests To have an understanding of the Hotels Vision & Mission statement as communicated to the team To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
To be vigilant throughout the Hotel to promote security To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.
To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
