Lead Consultant (Gloss Product)

Location: Bromley

Job Description:

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, inhouse capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Work closely with client senior management at client premises i.e. Bromley,UK

• Currently a team lead and a strong Gloss developer who wants to move towards management would be a good candidate

• Guide the team in analyzing, development and implementation of business solutions.

• Ability to work in large, collaborate team to achieve the organization goal.

• Passionate in building the innovative culture.

• Co-ordinate between offshore and onsite team.

• Provide the solution to the requirements assigned.

• Provide regular status updates to client management team.

• Perform business analysis and solutioning for the requirement assigned.

• End to End ownership of the task assigned.

• Reviewing, monitoring, and controlling the planned deliverables.

• Work closely with product owner and business users.

Required:

• Good experience on gloss product

• Candidate must have relevant experience in capital markets domain .

• Strong working knowledge on Gloss product.

• Highly self-motivated individual with strong communication skills.

• Good business knowledge on capital markets.

• currently a team lead and a strong Gloss developer who wants to move towards management would be a good candidate.

• Candidate should continue the gloss developer role along with the Team lead/management activities.
