A large public sector client in Sheffield is looking for a Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. The larger estates portfolio will consist of around 8 operatives including joiners, mechanical, electrical and multiskilled engineers.
Full time role- Monday to Friday, 8-4
38 paid days leave per annum
• Very attractive pension scheme
• All aspects of general building maintenance (joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, basic plumbing etc.)
Fire door inspections
· Must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery
Experience in a hard FM/commercial maintenance role
Fire doors training and/or experience
BMS training is a bonus but not essential
Driving license preferred
