Position Summary:

As the Cloud ProductManager, you'll lead the strategic oversight and operationalleadership of public and VMware-based private cloud servicesportfolio. Your role is pivotal, focusing on advancing our offeringsin hybrid and private cloud solutions, ensuring they align seamlesslywith client requirements and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

PublicCloud Strategy Development:

  • Develop and refinethe strategy for public cloud offerings, focusing on scalability,cost-efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Leverage the globalinfrastructure of public clouds to optimize service delivery for highavailability and geographical distribution.
  • Collaborate withtechnical teams to ensure seamless integration of public cloudsolutions.
  • Lead the development and management of private cloudsolutions, optimizing VMware-based environments for enhanced securityand control.
  • Define and implement best practices for privatecloud architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance theperformance and reliability of private cloud services.
  • Designand oversee the integration of hybrid cloud models, offeringflexibility, performance, and security.
  • Develop migrationstrategies for clients transitioning between cloud models, minimizingdisruption to operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performancemetrics to identify opportunities for optimizing hybrid cloudenvironments.

Microsoft Cloud Solution ProviderProgramme Enhancement:

  • Expand the MicrosoftCloud Solution Provider Programme within our service offerings,providing comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Collaboratewith Microsoft and other partners to stay ahead of cloud technologiesand marketplace changes.
  • Ensure alignment withMicrosoft's strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

Customer and Market Engagement:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their uniqueenvironments and cloud utilization.
  • Utilize customer insightsand market analysis to anticipate trends and drive innovation.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to gatherfeedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in product management within the cloudservices industry, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Deepunderstanding of cloud-native operations, including containerization,microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Experiencewith public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, aswell as VMware-based private cloud environments.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translatecomplex technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approachto working across teams and engaging with customers and partners.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a passion for innovation andcustomer success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
