As a Compliance Account Manager, you will be the front line point of contact for customers (Members) of the scheme, with your own responsibility for specific accounts. Developing a strong understanding of relevant regulations to provide quality advice to members on regulatory and reporting requirements.
Maintaining scheme email accounts, including sending bulk mail outs and creating communications.
Collecting member data submissions for registration with regulatory bodies and ensuring accuracy.
Conducting desk-based audits of members' data and obligations.
????? Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
?? Prior experience in compliance or account management.
Familiarity with data auditing processes.
