This a brilliant opportunity for a Contentious Trusts Partner to join this Top 75 practice in their City of London office. You will have the opportunity to join a market leading department.

This firm have made a number of key Partner hires from highly regarded firm and are pushing for Top 50 in the next 5 years. You will be part of growing practice that's turnover has increased annually 30% for 5 years.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Contentious Trusts Partner to join this firms newly establish City of London office.
Within the role you will;
  • Manage a caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and contested probate cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and strategic advice to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, pleadings, witness statements, and court submissions.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.



Requirements :

  • You will be a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regarding experience)
  • You will have technical knowledge
  • Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
