Do you have the ability to create value for our clients through the delivery of projects and a drive to grow your skills in a collaborative environment? Become a part of the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Key and Asset Management business unit and enjoy a culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. What You Would Do As Our Project Manager As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of service are in place and making sure to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. You should act as a point of escalation when necessary and provide some pre-sales support if needed. Reporting to the UK Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects and for ensuring that the solution is executed and managed in line with the delivery plan, quality plan and budget. You would also: Create and maintain project plans, assign responsibilities, manage P&L, track costs vs. budget, and ensure timely change control and customer approvals. Act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, chair regular reviews, escalate issues when needed, and report progress to both clients and management. Record time per company policy, ensure accurate forecasting for invoicing and revenue recognition, and support successful project transition into operations. Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets, manage risks and issues with contingency planning, and conform to TRAKA governance throughout the lifecycle. Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to identify opportunities, drive improvements, support business growth, and travel to customer sites when required. The Skills And Experience You Need We are looking for someone who: Holds a qualification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or APM, with proven experience in leading projects—within the technical/technology industry. Is experienced in managing people, demonstrating strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication. Is confident in managing risks and issues, with a flexible attitude towards working hours and a strong commitment to successful project delivery. Has the skills to build strong relationships, both internally and with customers, to support collaboration and ensure smooth project execution. Is capable of accurate and professional reporting, handling confidential data responsibly and maintaining high standards in forecasting and governance. Moreover, strong IT skills, including experience with software installation, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and a solid understanding of databases (preferably Microsoft SQL) and networking fundamentals, will be considered an asset.
