Lead sustainable construction procurement at a dynamic and innovative company. You're influence will fuel vast and complex sustainability projects for global brands on route to net zero. Your contribution will have a significant impact on a global scale
As Associate Director your duties will include:
Construction Procurement: provide sustainable procurement management across a variety of projects within strategic and organisational goals.
Client Engagement: Interact with key stakeholders and drive their progression towards social, economic, and environmental targets.
Personal Development: A company with a world renowned internal progression track wants to invest in you You'll broaden your skillset, enter into new categories.
Drive innovation: Support growth opportunities and bring your creativity to foster expansion.
As Associate Director you'll have extensive experience in:
Procurement: A passion for procurement and supply chain management.
Strong Leadership: As associate director you'll bring the ability to inspire and motivate your team and colleagues.
Vast and intricate projects: A track record of success in delivering projects in the UK and globally within the construction procurement space.
Relevant Qualifications: MCIPS or open to beginning process to attain.
Other Factors Relevant to the Associate Director:
Flexibility to travel to client sites and offices as required.
MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.
Security Clearence: Valid or can be reinstated (not essential)
Preferably holds a degree or other relevant consulting experience.
Achieved or working towards at least Level 4 Diploma in procurement and supply.
Key Skills: Construction procurement, director, hard services, soft services, hard FM, soft FM, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, strategic procurement, strategic leadership, innovation drive, project management, facilities management, facilities procurement.
