In the role of a Lead or Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. Requirement’s elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for SCM modules like OM/PO/INV in Oracle EBS
Process design, harmonization and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies
Execution and support of functional testing, System Integration & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support
Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports
Ownership of Quality deliverables, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure
Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools
At least 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS/ Fusion ERP implementation with more than 2 implementation cycle and 1 AMS cycle experience.
Strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – OM, PO, Inv
Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 OM and PO
Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Oracle Certification
PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain tables for effective consulting
Knowledge of Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools
