Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company. They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as a Telemarketer in Solihull. Job Description: As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
  • Introduce and promote our products/services
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience is required
