Bralin Recruitment part of the Absolute Group, are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative on behalf of our local Winsford based client.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with prospects, and assisting in the development of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress to the sales manager
- Utilide CRM software to track and manage leads

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and prospects
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus
