Overview
Working with an award-winning Wealth Management group, known for their ethical and client-centric approach to holistic Financial Planning, you will be supporting the continued growth of the business in delivering client focused Financial Planning services to an existing network of relationships.
You will be primarily tasked with providing Financial Advice to private clients and families, enabling them to realise their financial aspirations and goals. Ensuring client interests and best outcomes are at the heart of the service and advice delivered is a key principle of the business, this role is suited to an experienced Financial Planner whose own outlook and approach aligns to this core value.
The role:
- Conducting annual Financial Reviews with an existing bank of clients, both in person and via video-meeting
- Analysing financial goals of clients to enable them to realise their aspirations
- Proactively identifying opportunities for new business and referrals within the business
- Championing company ethos of putting clients first
- Working collaboratively with wider business to deliver excellent client experience
- Adhering to and understanding Compliance and Regulatory areas within Financial Planning
- Committing to ongoing professional development, with support of the business
The person:
- Chartered Financial Planner, accredited through the CII, or imminent achievement of this – current CAS essential
- Specialisms in Pensions, Trusts and Long-Term Care would be advantageous
- Client focused – comfortable working with families, entrepreneurs, specialist professionals et al.
- Proven at nurturing existing relationships and building new ones
- Driven to continue own personal development, embracing change and support delivered by the business
