💼 Job Title: Data Ops Analyst

📍 Location: Onsite Brock Street, London (UK) - 3 days per week

📆 Start Date: ASAP

⏰ Duration: 12 months

💰 Minimum Pay Rate: £39.90 per hour

🔍 About the Role:

As a Data Ops Analyst, you will be a key member of the Global Partnerships team at Meta, working closely with leading content creators, public figures, music artists, athletes, and Entertainment & Sports media companies. Your focus will be on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for Meta using your data-driven expertise. Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers, Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.

🌱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets using various tools and technologies.
  • Spot trends, patterns, and insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop templates and reports to effectively communicate key metrics and insights about the Creator ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Be the point-of-contact for Data teams, translating methodologies to partner managers and providing valuable feedback.
  • Continuously drive data quality, accuracy, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Effectively handle and prioritise multiple tasks, even when under pressure.

  • 📋 Minimum Qualifications:

    • Sufficient years of experience in data analysis, social media, partner, or project management.
    • Advanced skills in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable narratives.
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualisation techniques.
    • Experience using Facebook and/or Instagram to help partners or clients achieve their goals.
    • Detail-oriented and fluent in English.

  • 🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the talent/influencer and/or Entertainment Company landscape in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams on creative partner or client activations.
    • Proven problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
    • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact.
    • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and creativity, comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
