Facilities Maintenance Caretaker

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Lettings Caretaker to liaise with clients, delivering a professional and enjoyable leisure experience.
The Lettings Caretakers will report to the Head of Business Services and will be responsible for holding keys to the premises, opening and closing the facilities, and managing bookings and equipment.
The number of working hours may also increase or decrease depending on the amount of use taking place at the premises during community lettings periods. Avanti exists to help each person become a well-rounded human being through intellectual, moral and spiritual growth, and so make the world a better place.
Ensuring facilities are clean, tidy and presentable before any bookings.
Checking the facilities after any bookings to ensure they have been left at the expected standard and resolving any issues.
Resolving customer queries or complaints.
Ensure you are compliant with the academies policies.
A thorough practically based understanding of premises maintenance issues
Be willing to work on a shift/rotational basis which includes weekends
