Due to the company dealing with more enquiries than ever before, a new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to join and lead the existing Sales team in Bolton.
We are looking for a high energy, experienced and supportive leader to manage our high performing team of Sales Executives, Diary Managers and Associate Directors. Responsible for assisting the Managing Director and the Sales Manager in the development and implantation of the business strategy.
Responsible for the daily reporting on team performance.
Responsibility for the management of the teams KPIs, coaching and performance management when necessary.
Responsible for the training and development of the external sales force.
Manage the team’s pipeline of activity and forecast expected sales.
Analyse monthly data and KPIs to identify training needs / coaching requirements.
Work with other Sales Managers to ensure co-operation between teams and across the department.
Experience of managing a team of sales personnel, field sales management a would be a bonus.
Personal experience in a high-volume sales role.
Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
A desire to share your professional expertise and support your team with their ongoing professional development.
Experience of performance coaching and developing individuals.
Ability to work collaboratively with other sales managers.
A working knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact and provide value added support to our team members.
Team player with a strong desire to be an active part of the Sales Division.
Development and progression opportunities within our fast-growing Knightsbridge team.
Close and collaborative approach to work with Senior management
00pm Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings.
