As a Director of Business Intelligence / Customer Insights, you will lead our strategic initiatives in leveraging data to drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and customer insights within the payments industry..
You'll be part of the International Business Team and you’ll partner closely with senior management and individuals in Business Development, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Product Marketing and much more.
Lead the development and execution of the business intelligence strategy to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and translate them into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources, including transactional data, customer behavior data, and market trends.
Drive the design and implementation of customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer targeting and retention.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the BI and analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
Partner with product development teams to integrate data-driven insights into product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and customer insights.
7+ years of relevant and progressive work experience in BI, data analysis within the payment services industry or related.
~ Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
~ Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
~ Educated with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the payment industry.
Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed.
Exhibiting a creative and innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
