The business is growing and in order to keep growing, they need someone who can implement strategy and get things done As Regional Director you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of Care Settings across the region and managing a team of Area Managers.

Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities in the field or head office arise.
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service, display, compliance and inventory control are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
