About the Role
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. You'll play a crucial role in driving change initiatives and ensuring the stability and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions for large-scale projects
Provide expert-level (3rd line) support for complex infrastructure issues
Manage and optimize cloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Office 365
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the IT department

Required Qualifications
~10+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management
~ Proven track record of successfully delivering major infrastructure change projects
~ Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
~ Strong experience with virtualization technologies, preferably VMware vSphere
~ In-depth understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
~ Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes
~ Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable
