Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting a long term client in recruiting an experienced nurse manager for their latest home, opening late Summer/ early Autumn.

Our client is an established and well regarded regional provider with a network of successful homes and a well resourced and stable leadership team.

The latest home is in the late stages of construction and has been designed to provide an exceptional environment for nursing, residential and dementia care.

Requirements

Nurse Qualified with current PIN
Accomplished Home Manager/General Manager - evidenced through achieving overall good and above CQC inspection ratings
Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent
Commissioning experience advantageous but not essential
Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation relevant to managing a care home
Engaging and positive leadership style

Responsibilities

Work with the projects team until completion and handover of the home
Recruit and develop the staff team
Hold Registered Manager registration with CQC for the home
Delivering person centred care for all residents
Ability to innovate, create and inspire change to deliver improvements required for 'Outstanding' CQC ratings
Work with the head office and sales team to establish the home locally and drive community engagement
Commercial and financial management of the home to achieve budget and milestone targets

Salary and benefits:

40hrs per week
