Our client, based in Nottingham, is currently recruiting for an Energy Performance Certificate Assessor on a permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessment accreditation and hold a full UK driving license.

Conducting energy performance certificate assessments daily on social housing properties, referring to scheduled appointments on calendar, in and around the Nottingham area
Working on site and undertaking assessments that will last around 30-60 minutes, examining the property age, building type, number of windows and roof construction
Taking pictures, measuring wall heights and creating floor plans of the building
Giving practical advice to residents on how to improve energy efficiency

Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation
EPC assessments in social housing properties
