London Business School are looking for an Engagement Coordinator for the MBA and MiF programmes. You will provide our Recruitment and Admission colleagues with the best opportunities to engage with high quality and diverse candidates to recruit them into our degree programmes. This will be achieved via a number of engagement activities that appeal to broad audiences: owned virtual and in person events; digital communications; blog and on demand video content.
Supporting the scheduling of events and digital communications
Contributing to content ideas for the planning of events, digital communications and blog
Ensuring that events and digital communications, as well as associated meetings, are scheduled in the relevant calendars
Compiling pre-travel information and materials for Recruitment and Admissions stakeholders and event contributors (i.e. students, alumni and school wide staff)
Attending on-campus events to support with the smooth running, and collating registration and attendance data
Attending and running ‘regular’ virtual events to ensure smooth running (check that stakeholders are comfortable with the slides, microphones/cameras are working, moderating Q&A)
Experience using Microsoft Office and Zoom
Experience using ClickDimmensions/other email platform, and experience using Microsoft Dynamics/other CRM are desirable
