Remit

Compass Associates are pleased to be working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager for their medium sized Residential Home which provides elderly and dementia residential care within the home.

This could be an opportunity for someone to carry on their progression – suited to experienced Home Managers in a similar sized home, someone looking for a side step, or maybe even an experienced Deputy Manager. The client would like to meet people capable of supporting and inspiring a team whilst placing an importance on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you're leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.

The Candidate

The successful candidate is required to have strong care background and experience of working as a Deputy or Home Manager to show they have a solid understanding of CQC. My client is looking for someone with strong commercial acumen coupled with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for dementia and elderly care.

Requirements

  • Proven Residential Care Home experience – Deputy or Home Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC
  • Genuine passion in elderly care
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5

Location

This role is based near Thetford, Dereham, Attleborough, Swaffham, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and other surrounding areas.
