Engineering Training Manager
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an Engineering Training Manager to lead our commercial engineering contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality education. This role is crucial for the improvement of course delivery in Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic Engineering across FE, HE, and Apprenticeships.
Oversee a range of courses and apprenticeships, ensuring alignment with employer needs and high-quality delivery.
Lead and coordinate the commercial engineering team to achieve excellence in service and curriculum development.
Manage the bidding and tendering process for new commercial contracts.
Manage resources to meet learners’ needs without compromising the learning experience.
Perform performance management and personal development reviews for the team.
Demonstrable teaching experience within FE from Level 2 to Level 4.
Deep understanding of apprenticeship standards.
Degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Mechanical and/or Electronic Engineering.
Industry and teaching experience in the relevant engineering fields.
