Program Manager – Health Concierge
Location: Remote but with the ability to travel to London

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Program Manager to lead, and execute our proactive health concierge program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management ideally within a healthcare setting and experience working with medium to high-end customers. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Elevate, proactive health concierge program, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. 
Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to coordinate all elements of the program.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure that program milestones are met on schedule.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services provided, ensuring all assessments meet the highest standards expected by our clients.
Budget Management: Manage the program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Prepare regular reports on program performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to inform decision-making.
Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a healthcare or luxury service setting.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is an advantage.
