Field Technician – TXM Recruit are looking for a Field Technician tagger to work for the UKs largest supermarket chain in accordance with their maintenance team.

On a 12-month fixed contract from February 2024 to February 2025 you will be working alongside the team to tag machinery in the stores in and around Oxfordshire.

A smaller store will take 3-5 hours and include 50-80 pieces of machinery requiring tags and the larger stores will take 5-8 hours and include 150 – 300 pieces of machinery to tag.

You will be trained up on Verisae, their internal system and be loaded with a phone and tablet to complete the audits around the stores.

As a Field Technician your duties will include:

* Logging on to the system and locating which store to attend

* Locating each piece of equipment and machinery across the store and ensuring each is tagged with serial numbers, dates of maintenance and any other required info.

* Logging each piece onto the system to confirm its tagged.

* If machine isn’t tagged, printing off the information and tagging the machine/equipment.

This job will be paying £12.71 per hour working Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.

* Overtime available daily with travel etc.

* Van and Fuel card provided.

* Phone and PDA tablet provided.

* Uniform

* Training

To be successful for this role any level of experience within the maintenance sector is crucial along with a full UK driving license.
