Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Kent, UK. As a crucial member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative tasks to enhance the overall efficiency of our sales processes. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing and organizing documentation, including sales orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support the decision-making process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to coordinate order processing, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products, services, and order status in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, conferences, and meetings.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
