The client is offering a salary between £38000 to £40,000 plus tronc and a performance bonus depending on experience with a range of additional benefits Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Head Pastry Chef working a range of 5 shifts a week. You'll be the driving force behind the pastries for both restaurants, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. An AA rosette head chef leads the client's two restaurants thus the role demands creativity, precision, and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a head pastry chef within the luxury hotel sector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific demands. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill-set, will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset, with exceptional communication skills, are qualities the client values in the ideal candidate.
