Aberdeen, United Kingdom Pathfinder (new venture) Full time

About Pathfinder Pathfinder is an early-stage AI venture building the first end-to-end digital companion for families navigating neurodiversity. We combine advanced conversational AI with leading academic and clinical expertise to give parents clear, trustworthy guidance from early concerns through support. We launch our first parent-facing product in 2025. The Role We're hiring a Go-to-Market Lead on a 2–3 days per week contract for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as we scale. Your mission is to build our first 10,000-parent D2C waitlist through affiliates, influencers, smart paid media and grassroots community channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how parents find trusted help — and who can build high-integrity routes at pace. Our Culture We are a small, mission-led team working at speed with high standards. We care deeply about evidence, clarity and trust — and we balance scientific rigour with creative experimentation. We're collaborative, low-ego and focused on delivering meaningful impact for families. If you enjoy ownership, iteration and building from zero, you'll thrive here. What you'll do Build an affiliate network across SEN charities, parent communities, coaches, bloggers and online groups. Design and run an influencer programme using micro- and mid-tier creators trusted by parents. Lead tightly optimised paid media experiments. Activate grassroots growth across parent forums, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp chats, Reddit and SEN communities. Develop Pathfinder's messaging and produce early assets (copy, simple visuals, landing pages, email flows). Own the waitlist funnel end to end — traffic, conversion, referrals and nurture. Build and manage early parent groups for insight and engagement. Report weekly on growth performance, CAC and ROI. What we're looking for Proven D2C growth experience in consumer or early-stage tech. Strong partnership-building ability with affiliates or influencers. Excellent copywriting and confidence creating simple assets. Comfortable executing rapidly in a dynamic pre-seed environment. Experience with parent audiences; SEN or neurodiversity familiarity is a plus. What success looks like A predictable engine delivering a 10,000-parent waitlist. High-performing messaging and assets across all channels. Robust affiliate and influencer networks generating cost-effective sign-ups. Active early parent community informing product and content. If you're excited by mission-driven consumer tech and want to help build something transformative for families, we'd love to hear from you.
