Description Responsible for the full purchase ledger cycle for a number of companies within the group. Manage the company's purchase ledger with precision and diligence. Accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders Regularly reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy. Efficiently process invoices and credit notes. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Assist with the preparation of month-end reports. Handle supplier queries promptly and professionally. Liaising with managers and requisitioners across the business to ensure that POs are raised, approved, and receipted to allow for payment. Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Profile A successful Senior Purchase Ledger should have: A strong academic background in Accounting or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in relevant accounting software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
