Key Tasks &Accountabilities:
• To advise, guide and assist learners through the bootcamp
• Managing a case load of learners across a range of clients
• Take overall responsibility for each learners journey, their progression and provide pastoral care
• Improve and update teaching resources to meet developing need
• Adapt mentoring/coaching style to meet the broad range of learning needs, including those with additional learning needs
• Maintain appropriate tracking systems and follow procedures relating to quality, compliance, management, and assessment in line with the Standard and all other regulatory requirements
• Maintain professional knowledge to support in professional development
• To embed British Values, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety into all programme delivery
• Meet KPIs, including timely completions and effective project submissions
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Full, clean driving license with own personal transport
• Team player
• Excellent communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and patient
• Professional, have a mature personality and be able to gain people’s confidence and put them to ease
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge
• Previous experience of assessing or mentoring in Boot Camps or Apprenticeships or Commercial setting (Digital Marketer Standard, Digital Marketing Framework)
• Relevant IT qualification
• Ability and proven experience of presenting technical training courses
• Mentor/Assessing Qualification
• Teaching Qualification/PTLLS
• Engaging Delivery Style
• Experience of supporting learners remotely via Zoom/Microsoft Teams
