Our client is a Devon based modern law practice with their head office in based in Plymouth, Devon.

On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified Solicitor to join their busy and established Residential Conveyancing Department. Our client is actively embracing hybrid working arrangements which involve a combination of home and office working. Their diverse client base and the property department are rapidly expanding, mainly as a result of the firm’s excellent and growing reputation.

The Department has strong links with the local community and is well connected with local estate agents throughout Plymouth.

Hybrid working is available for this role after initial training.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of dealing with a range of sales and purchase transactions
  • The ability to provide support and supervision to junior members
  • The ability to work within a team but also have their own responsibilities and be able to work on their own initiative
  • Ability to manage their own workload and have excellent organisational skills
  • First rate communication skills
  • Professional and positive work attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Modern IT Skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to the firm and the ability to provide a confident and positive input
  • Positive attitude to their own personal development and to the development of the firm
