We’re on the lookout for a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Construction team in Wymondham, Norfolk . You’ll play a key role in an exciting large-scale Education project on the beautiful East Coast Location Wymondham, Norfolk - Site location is Great Yarmouth Contract Permanent, Full-Time with flexible hours available Your Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our Commercial team. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Collaborate with the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual control and cost management across various sectors. Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to project delivery. Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, overseeing everything from procurement to interim and final account agreements, and negotiate final accounts for optimal outcomes. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if you have: Experience in a similar role within the construction industry. A background in managing large schemes.
