Position – Mobile Mechanical Engineer Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum + travel Location – Dorking, Surrey. Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm Reporting Into – Engineering Manager Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer across Dorking to work for a business who was formed over 30 years ago in the Southeast to manage facilities for some of the UK’s most innovative companies, they now innovate and use technology to reduce our clients’ costs, drive sustainability and deliver an open-book, proactive ‘smart maintenance’ service. For example, my client is pioneering the use of 4D Monitoring, the award-winning building monitoring solution that enables them to drive energy savings throughout the buildings they maintain. To date, they have achieved 15% energy savings across the portfolios they maintain. This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

  • Duties will include service & maintenance work across mechanical plant throughout Dorking & surrounding areas.
  • PPM’s & reactive maintenance tasks across the portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.
